He/They
Originally from Santa Fe, NM, I am a dedicated massage therapist specializing in therapeutic treatments that promote healing and overall well-being. Trained at East West College of the Healing Arts, I am skilled in a variety of modalities, including Neuromuscular, Deep Tissue, Craniosacral, and Swedish massage, as well as both Eastern and Western techniques.I work closely with clients to address a range of conditions—from sports injuries to stress relief—and enjoy educating them on the benefits of regular massage. My approach is personalized, client-centered, and informed by my knowledge of musculoskeletal anatomy and kinesiology, helping to create treatment plans that support lasting healing.Outside of work, I stay active by practicing aerial fabrics, paddle boarding on local lakes, and diving into my beginning yoga practice. I believe in the power of a balanced lifestyle and bring that same energy and mindfulness into my work as a therapist.

If you are not sure if your insurance covers massage therapy, give us a call at 503-231-8887 and we’ll be happy to look at your coverage and help you determine next steps.
Depending on your insurance provider, you may need to see a chiropractor before your appointment. If chiropractic care is ever recommended, it’s optional and discussed collaboratively.
